Utopia itself is a long standing family business which takes pride in its personal and warm service.
It is set in a beautiful orchard where a variety of fruit trees, flowers and vegetables grow like pine, cypress, lemon, olive, pomegranate, vine and other.
Utopia consists of 4 spacious self catering apartments. Each one of them sleeps up to 4 people.
All apartments come with colour Tv, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchenette and a wet room. Towels and bedding are included and are changed regularly during your stay.
As far as the location is concerned Utopia is located just off the main road to Laganas, 800m (1 1/2 mile) from the beach and on the edge of the famous club scene. Nearby facilities are a convenience as you can find stores which are open until late, a bus stop for exploring the rest of the island and a number of swimming pools of nearby hotels. The swimming pools are open to non-residence as long as food and drinks are purchased from the bar.
