Another beautiful beach with golden sand and shallow, warm waters that is situated 7km from the town of Zakynthos at Laganas Bay.
Kalamaki beach is fully organized with sunbeds and umbrellas and offers water sports and lots of restaurants, taverns and snack bars that are spread around it.
In the first tract the beach seems to be crowed especially in July and August due to its position between the two most tourist resorts of Zakynthos which are Laganas and Kalamaki.
But if you walk towards the part of the beach at the left you can find really nice spots hidden among the rocks, where it is possible to enjoy swimming and sunbathing alone even in high season.
