All studios provide a fully equipped kitchenette, a fridge, air - conditioning and TV. They also have WC with shower and hot water all day. Furthermore, each studio has its own private parking and large verandas offering an amazing view to the sea.

In a close distance to the studios you can find the Agios Nikolaos’ port. From there you can take a boat and have a trip you will never forget in the famous beach of Shipwreck and the Blue Caves. Furthermore, you can visit the picturesque traditional village of Volimes where you can buy traditional products and enjoy the authentic Zakynthian hospitality from the villagers. Not to forget that the Makrys Gialos beach is just 700m away with nice taverns on the top of it.
